In addition to improving power access in the region along the line, the project is also of great significance to the development of local natural gas, solar energy, wind energy and energy exports to neighboring countries.

Another subsidiary of Sinomach China Machinery Engineering Corporation (CMEC) ensured the smooth construction of power communication cables and a dispatching center building on two lots of the National Load Dispatch Center in Yamoussoukro, capital of Cote dIvoire.

The project, another landmark project of friendship between China and Cote dIvoire, was recently completed. Patrick Achi, prime minister of Cote dIvoire, attended the completion ceremony. It is the second national load dispatch center in Cote dIvoire, and has fostered more space for bilateral cooperation.
